Curran & Sons Construction is a full service construction business founded in 1990
by lifelong North Shore resident, Shawn Curran. We take on every job with special attention and respect to
each client and their home. Our top priority is to ensure
the homeowner gets exactly what they envisioned.
The diverse team at Curran & Sons Construction specializes in high end renovation projects with an emphasis on customization of design and
an appreciation for the challenging project. Our goal is to go from conceptual design to a completed project that will exceed the homeowner’s expectations.
Our employees have worked together as a team for over 10 years and we use a consistent group of subcontractors. This ensures that each
project is of the highest quality and finest workmanship from start to finish. We do customized cabinetry and millwork in our own shop located
in Ipswich, MA and our office staff maintains communications between the client and the company. We make it a
priority to have “open lines of communication” with our clients and feel that this is of the utmost importance when it comes to the success of the project.
Our contract and billing procedures are such that our clients always know the status of their project including how much of the project has
been billed, what has been billed for, and what remains to be billed. We also have the ability to do specialized billing to fit our client’s needs.
Our desire is to make the client at ease with the billing procedures so they understand every aspect of the process.
Recently, Curran & Sons Construction has developed a “small projects” division. The goal of this division is to meet the needs
of both our new and previous clients with continued construction service. We do all types of “around the house” projects for our
clients and enjoy being able to continue our working relationship with them.
